Introduction

Your privacy is very important to us.  Edit24 and Stenhouse Portfolio Ltd will not share personal information or commercial and in-confidence corporate information without prior consent. Edit24 will not send unsolicited emails nor sell lists. Edit24 does not support spamming whatsoever, in any way, shape or form. It should be noted that, on occasion, individuals may subscribe to our magazine, newsletters or other resources on behalf of business associates or friends.

Edit24 collects personal information from a variety of sources; from clients, members of the public, service providers, associates, contractors, prospective employees, recruitment agencies, mailing lists and business partners.

In general, the personal information that Edit24 collects includes but is not limited to: name, address, contact details, gender, occupation, in some cases membership of professional associations and, where relevant, financial information, including credit card information, banking details and income information.

Edit24’s website may contain links to other websites and those third party websites may collect personal information about individuals or organisations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other businesses or the content of websites that are linked to our website. Edit24 encourages users to be aware when they leave the site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

Management and security of personal information

Edit24 places great importance on the security of all information associated with our clients, customers, associates and contractor.  Edit24 protects the personal information held by Edit24 from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by various means that may include firewalls, password access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions.

Personal information is de-identified or destroyed in a secure manner when no longer required by us.

7.3

Edit24 will retain information  provided to us, including  possibly your contact, credit card, account details to enable us to verify transactions and customer details and to retain adequate records for accounting and legal purposes. This information is held on secure servers in controlled facilities.

Information stored within our computer systems can only be accessed by those entrusted with authority and computer network password sanctions.

Data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. While we strive to protect user's personal information, Edit24 cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it or from its online services, products; and users do so at their own risk.
