Clients

Edit24 is committed to providing exceptional media services and has a large base of satisfied clients. However, Edit24 is not obligated to refund the purchase price of any service under any circumstance unless explicitly agreed by Edit24.  If applicable, any refund will be granted within five business days from receipt of a request. Price, terms and availability are subject to change without notice. Edit24 and its affiliates reserve the right to request payment prior to delivery of service, to refuse to undertake service, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Other

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This site and this agreement are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.  Any legal action against Edit24 shall take place in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
